DIFFERENT TYPES OF STAINLESS STEEL PIPES

Rajul Steel Centre is a stockist and supplier of various types of pipes based on the manufacturing process

Seamless stainless steel pipe for leak-proof performance in high-pressure applications.

Seamless Stainless Steel Pipes

Seamless stainless steel pipes are manufactured without any welding seam, resulting in a smooth internal surface. Used in Oil and gas pipelines, chemical processing plants, aerospace applications, marine and power plants. .
Welded ERW stainless steel pipe offers a cost-effective solution for various applications.

ERW Stainless Steel Pipes

Electric Resistance Welding (ERW) stainless steel pipes are formed by heating edges of steel strip and pressing together. Cost-effective and fast. Used for low- to medium-pressure applications like transporting water, oil, or gases.
Welded EFW stainless steel pipe with strong welds for large-diameter projects.

EFW Stainless Steel pipes

Electric Fusion Welding (EFW) stainless steel pipes are made by melting edges of steel. It excels at creating large-diameter pipes. May be used for thicker pipes compared to ERW SS Pipes.
Welded SAW stainless steel pipe designed for high-pressure applications.

SAW Stainless Steel pipes

Submerged Arc Welding (SAW) stainless steel pipes are made by melting the welding electrode and forming a weld pool. Used in oil and gas. Can handle thicker pipes and higher pressures than ERW or EFW pipes.
